Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

​

A:  Good question. We don’t want to list your house. We are looking for houses to purchase. We have funds available and ready for us to find another house. We are professional home buyers:  We buy houses Washington that meet our purchasing criteria.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

A:  Of course we do. If we did not, then no one would sell us their house. Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because they require repairs, updating, or remodeling. Our crews take care of all that work so you do not have to do it or pay a contractor to do it. That way you can sell your house faster even when it needs repairs. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

We have to check out the location of the property, what repairs have to be completed, the condition of the property, and the comparable home values recently sold in the area. So there are many pieces of information that we look at so we can come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
