Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Of course we do. If we did not, then no one would sell us their house. Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because they require repairs, updating, or remodeling. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

We have to check out the location of the property, what repairs have to be completed, the condition of the property, and the comparable home values recently sold in the area. So there are many pieces of information that we look at so we can come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
